I thought today about time, an endless vortex of possibilities, so many missed opportunities cut off by unconscious thought, the infinitely complex world narrowed to a few visible options by the closed and dreaming mind.

Yesterday I thought about the mind. I marvelled at the discarded and unused layers of it; the massive, untouched potential. If we can remember an entire lifetime and more why can we not accept the responsibilities allotted to us? What is it that shuts us off so?

Tomorrow I will try and think of an answer. Tomorrow I'll have an idea, one little spark of unconscious madness and then, as it has happened so many times before I will be distracted, the idea will fade and the memory of it and a window will be closed in time again.
